How are the bracelets packed?
The bracelets are enclosed in a pouch and packed in a box made from 100% recycled materials. Each box contains up to three bracelets. If needed, you can request, for free, one box per each bracelet. Just leave a message at the special instructions section upon check out. :)
What is a Gold 1420 hardware?
- 10k Gold filled 1420 USA is an actual layer of 10 karat gold-pressure bonded to another metal. Gold filled is not to be confused with gold plating as filled literally has 100% more gold than gold plating. Gold filled is much more valuable and tarnish resistant. It does not flake off, rub off or turn colors
- Gold-filled items, even with daily wear, can last three to 8 years but will eventually wear through. Gold-filled items are 50 to 100 times thicker than regular gold plating, and 17 to 25 times thicker than heavy gold electroplate
Return, Warranty and Repair
Do you accept repairs?
If your beaded bracelet should break or require repair, you may return it to us for restringing. We will repair your bracelet free of charge for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
How do I send an item for repair?
You can send the item for repair via any traceable courier your prefer. You will be provided with a return form and instructions when you placed an order.
How long will I wait for the repair?
Upon receipt, please allow up to seven to ten (7-10) days for bracelet repairs as each piece must go through an entire cleansing process again.
How about the warranty?
The warranty lapses in the event of incorrect use, third-party / DIY repairs and careless handling and the warranty does not cover wear-and-tear, wear parts such as leather/suede straps and satin ribbons, tarnishing of non-precious metals, abuse or if the bracelet is damaged, for example during an accident. Please note the special care instructions for Homura bracelet.

How do I use my coupon/promo code?

We offer cash-on-delivery, online money transfer, credit cards and Paypal. These options are available at checkout.
What other domestic payment options do you offer?
We also accept manual payments like online transfer and cash deposit services such as

Homura ships anywhere in the Philippines, including Visayas and Mindanao for only ₱99.00. Shipping for orders ₱2,000.00 or more is free! We offer standard shipping via Xpost ( 3-5 business days)
