When you own a Homura piece, you become a valued member of the Homura community. We take pride in providing continuous service, including care and repair, complimentary cleaning and crystal recharging.
STANDARD REPAIR WARRANTY
We offer a 2-Year Repair Warranty from the date of shipping covering loose parts, locks, adhesives, strings, and stone settings on most products purchased directly from Homura or from authorized resellers.
Homura's 2-Year Repair Warranty does not cover the following:
- Lost items or parts including stones.
- Damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse or negligence ( Abrasions or cracked stone or crystal )
- Chemical or water damage.
- Plating degradation, gemstone fading due to exposure to oils, perfumes, soaps or other external elements including normal wear and tear.
- Sale items, off-price, customized or markdown items.
- Shipping costs, import taxes and duties
We ensure that our craftsmanship is to the highest standards and repair all items made by Homura. You may send in your item by mail. After we make an assessment, we will send you a free estimate.
REFUND / REPLACEMENT
We will offer a one-time replacement or refund in case you found a manufacturing defect or received an incorrect product. Please notify us within 48 hours and return the product in as good condition as received and original packaging with no signs of use or misuse within 7 days of your order being delivered.
Please note that your original shipping and packaging or importation costs will not be refunded, unless you received a defective, or incorrect item.
You may return a product for exchange if in case you ordered a wrong size or change of mind. If the exact model or size is not available as a replacement, Homura will work with each customer to find a suitable Homura product of equal value and similar style. You will be responsible for all shipping fees, import taxes and duties if applicable.
We can arrange a return pick-up service at your local address. If your address is out of serviceable areas, you will be given instructions on how and where to send your item.
