REPAIR SERVICE / SIZE ADJUSTMENT

  • Repair services including restringing and resizing are free of charge for products under warranty or within two (2) years from the purchase date. Products beyond warranty can still be serviced/repaired for a minimal fee. Please see our standard warranty for more information. 

  • Mail the product in an appropriately sized parcel, preferably in the original box.
  • You will be notified via email as soon as we received the product for repair.
  • The product will be shipped back to you as soon as we have finished the process or within 2 to 5 business days from the time we received the product. 
  • Standard delivery fee and repair charges ( if applicable ) shall be collected by a third-party courier.

REFUND TO STORE CREDITS

  • If you found a manufacturing defect or wish to exchange a product, our store accepts such returns within 10 days upon purchase, provided that the product being returned is in as good condition as received with its original packaging with no signs of use, damage or alteration.
  • The returned product shall be converted to store credits of the same value as the product returned. Store credits can be used to purchase a product you desire as a replacement for your returned purchase.
  • Once we received and inspected the returned product, you will receive an email confirmation along with the store credit.
REFUND TO BANK

  • Refund to the bank will be the last resort if the product under warranty is defective, can no longer be repaired or exchanged at the time the request is being processed.
  • Returns can be made within 10 days from the delivery date provided that the product is in as good condition as received and original packaging with no signs of use, damage or alteration.

MAILING

  • Mail the product via LBC, 2Go, JRS Express, Lalamove or Grab Express or any traceable courier of your choice. If you reside outside the Philippines, please mail the product via FedEx, UPS, DHL or Registered Priority Mail.
  • You will be responsible for all applicable shipping costs unless you received a defective, or incorrect item.
